Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all personal care products and personal-use items for mothers and babies are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Baby feeding accessories
* Pacifiers and teethers
* Breastfeeding accessories
* Baby bottles and bottle accessories
* Baby care and personal hygiene products
* Maternity and postpartum personal care products
* Any item that comes into direct contact with the baby or mother
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
* A damaged product
* A defective product
* An incorrect item
Please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
* Your order number
* Photos of the received item
* Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, BUMPZY will replace the item or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
* The requested item is unavailable after payment.
* A refund is approved by BUMPZY due to a verified shipping or fulfillment error.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
